My service to dstv was suspended due to me not swapping my smart card. I think this process of service termination was handled very poorly. I tried to call the call centre and waited forever with no idea of how long I was going to hold for. I hung up after holding the first time for over 15 minutes with no sort of status update on the call. This was on Tuesday evening. I eventually gt through on Wednesday morning from the office to find out the reason for suspension and way forward. I took my card and had it swapped on Wednesday afternoon. I was told to insert card and SMS the smart card number and error the service will resume within 15 minutes. Well, it's been almost 3 hours now and still no picture only an E30 error. Again it's impossible to get through the call centre (as suggested by error message displayed). Very frustrating and a terrible waste of time!!!
