Cannot get mobile connected

I have been phoning (unfortunately no 0800 or 086 numbers) twice, held the line for more than 20 minutes just to be cut off by the call centre agent when transferring me to the mobile connect department. Still sitting with-out connection and my phone bill is running. I emailed them and the response is that they will tend to the problem in 1 day - still no connection. What now... Please assist because you are selling the mobile devices at the Rand Easter Show but nobody can connect.
