I updated my smart card yesterday. I had a error message "marriage conflict". I followed the instructions I had been given and smsed the relevant info to DSTV. Nothing happened, I then smsed them again, still nothing. I then went and repeated the process online. I have now done this about 50 times. It is 24hrs later and I still cannot watch TV as the error message remains! I am furious, I am paying a lot of money for this service. I then phoned the customer "care" line and after a full hour of waiting (and a lot of airtime) I put the phone down. I want this resolved NOW! And I am not going to stop until I do.
