Poor / lack of service

Self service machines are problematic and do not take chip cards for payment.
- Had to go to the counter to purchase tickets but only one person was on duty (not a new problem) and waited at least 15 mins to be helped whilst attendant helped a lady with vitality application. The queue justs get longer.
- Eventually the 'manager' emerges to assist. I provide my vitality card an she asks about the other cards on my person and I advise the system will not accept them as they are 1 year too young. The manager then denies me the right to purchase tickets. This for me was unacceptable, my daughters are 12 and the restriction was 13! Surely it is my prerogative to bring up my children and take responsibility and accountability for their upbringing. The age restrictions imposed by the film board in my opinion is a guideline and thus the onus is on me should i want to expose my children to the content thereof. But to deny me access is unacceptable.

Had I purchased the tickets at the machine or my kids were not with me, we would of been allowed access as we always are.
