I am an annual subscriber and have been so for the past 3 years. On 4 April 2012 I was sent a statement for my renewal - payment of R7, 205 due 1 May for renewal of the period 01/05/2012 to 30/04/2013. I made the payment on 12 April 2012.
On Monday 4 March 2013 my DSTV was disconnected, per the message my account was in arrears. Calls to the Randburg service centre followed, service was reconnected and I was told the error was because I was listed as a monthly subscriber and this had now been rectified.
Wednesday 6 March and now the mail message on my PVR tells me I will be disconnected on 3 April unless I settle my account. But I am fully paid up until end April 2013.
Please assist and rectify this mess properly
