What a terrible experience we've had while trying to celebrate! The hostess couldn't answer any of our questions. We moved to our table but our waiter also seemed clueless. We own a tourism business and was dining with the owners of the guesthouse around the corner from this restaurant and the operator of an extremely successful lodge. WE know what hospitality is about! We ordered wine from the menu but was told 10 minutes later that they are out of stock. We then ordered bread which was also out of stock. (?)We then ordered our mains. 25 minutes later the waiter returned to tell us that the seafood is ALSO out of stock and we ordered something else instead. The Mexicana pizza had NO chillis&barely any mince on. Our very frustrated host got up to buy cigarettes&wanted to smoke. The barman told him arrogantly that he does not give out change&that the machine doesn't work. He told our host "walk to the shop."I couldn't believe this&got up to speak to the foreign owner who then treats me (I am a lady) in the rudest manner. He immediately tried to argue without giving me a chance to explain! He couldn't even get up from his chair while talking to me! Disgusting behavior! Not even an apology!
