I went out for lunch yesterday and had the worst expirience ever in this resturant. firstly i had to wait atleast 20 minutes for a waiter to come an assist me and i had to scream out to loud to get some help, i ordered a ribs/chicken combo that they had in their menu, they didnt have have Ribs in stock, i ordered the steak fillet, that they had as a second option, the waiter stated that the food will be delayed, i requested a time frame, he said 25 minutes, the order took 40 mins. when the steak fillet, when it evantually came it lloked terrible, the chips were burnt, the portion/size of the staek was not worth the R120 that i was expected to pay, it was extremely small, the waiter failed to even give me a steak knife. it seemed to be one mess up after another, even forgetting to give me a pen to write on the bill, this is really a puppet amature operation that they are running
