Poor service from Moviestop Engen - Edenvale

I went to Engen Edenvale (corner Linksfield and Elm street) and proceeded to register and hire a movie from Sterkinekor MovieStop counter.
Upon my going to counter to pay for the movie the movie could not be supplied to me... the store manager even came and was fiddling and eventually gave me my money back and said he can not help. Nothing was said in terms of what the problem was or how a resolution was to be found, just a "i can not help" and my money was returned to me.
what a disappointment! and what poor service!
