Multichoice informed me that I needed to replace my PVR decoder. They said they only had two offices in Durban, one at the Workshop and one in Umhlanga. I drove the 26 kilometres from Kloof to the Workshop, and got into the service centre, queued for a long time and was told that they couldn't help with PVR's and I had to go to Umhlanga.

I then spent almost an hour driving to Umhlanga and walked in to a HUGE service centre with an immense number of counters and servers and only about 3 clients in there. They quickly sorted out my problem and I then spent an hour and a half driving back to Kloof.

My complaint is, why the heck have a phenomenal service centre at the northern tip of town and none to service the other centres like Hillcrest, Pinetown, Kloof, Bluff, Queensburgh? Even just to put one at the Pavilion in 'Westville would be a whole lot easier for the rest of us plebs who don't live in Umhlanga! The old centre in Westville was a whole lot more convenient for many Durbanites than the one in Umhlanga!
