On Sunday the 2nd of June, I took both my decoders to the Multichoice branch in Umhlanga as I had a problem with extra view. The technicians Jay and Brian tried to get it working but they could not. I said that I will leave my SD pvr and take the HD home. Brian then said that he will send me two replacement units the next Monday June the 4th. I had to phone the branch on Tuesday to find out about my decoder. On Wednesday they brought me 2 units. One HD and a SD decoder. When I saw the SD I saw that it was my exact same one that I had given to them on Sunday. I don't mind if my extra view worked. It's still not working. Even after the half hour I spent on the phone with the call centre rep. I got cut off midway and was not able to get through again. I now sit with the exact same problem. No extra view. How do I resolve it?
