Dstv can't help their clients

My debit order didn't go off in february month I paid 300 for t first 2 weeks of march but still my dstv was disconected! nobody can give me an aswer to why I need to pay more than 1000 for it to be reconnected! dstv you are freaking greedy and don't give a for your customers!!!
