Multichoice has still not resolved or relied to my email. Rupert (if that is his name) assured he would call me to tell when I would get my new device (HDPVR OLD MODEL). He did not call. I am so disappointed with them and their agents. I handed in my non working device on Feb 15 and 3 weeks later later I still do not have the new device although I have a valid decoder care contract. I am angry
