Unable to pay account online with card

I was trying to reconnect my service yesterday by logging on and paying via my card, i was unable to access the service so i called the call centre after 15min on the phone and being walked thorugh the steps like and to no avail. I requested that my account be cancelled due to the lack of service and I was promised that it has been escalated and i would be called back and nothing has happened.
