Not responding to online enquiry

L own a dstv mobile drifta and l have been communicating with dstv about my account and activating it. Apparently dstv mobile has coverage in certain areas only an l have sent several emails requesting that the notify me if my area Peitermaritzburg surbabs scottsville and pelham have coverage. They have not responded and l went ahead to check the website unfortunatly its not clear. l requested for a simple yes or no if there is coverage, l have given them my full adress to check for me. When l enquired about subcription and paying there was a quick response but now when it comes to me asking about service they are quite. l wonder how they work and why they have decided to be quite about my continous enquiries and it is costing me money and time. l have been tried calling the call centre from my cellpone and R20 airtime ran out while l was on hold.
