Good Day, I have noticed that the manager by the name Roan that was there since last year as one of the better restaurant managers I have experienced so far in this country. He has a great attitude in his dealings with customers and a hands on manager. I've noticed on some nights when I play is always a pleasure (whether I'm playing at Boksburg / Vereeniging) to hear a bingo calling voice like Michel and Roan (Vereeniging) and a lady by the name Natasha from Boksburg. *Just a thought*
I take a few friends every time with me to either go gamble or play Bingo. And we derive either to Boksburg/Vereeniging. The staff at the Vereeniging Branch will always be happy to see us when we enter there. It is almost the utmost pleasure for patrons to go to reception and eg. To see someone like Roan behind the desk, to help the service (s) along. There's nothing worse to stand and wait for YOUR money to be paid out. When winning, he organized everything. Directed me where to go and help me expedite all the difficulties I had. This is a compliment to Galaxy Bingo for enrising the right people in the right places. Two thumbs way up for Roan to world class venue and matching service.
