As the Peugeot dealer in the South of JHB no longer exists, I have tried to contact the Peugeot dealers in Boksburg and in Vereeniging. Their so call sales people are mechanics that have no phone etiquette and do not know how that speak to customers.
When phoned the Boksburg branch I was put through to "sales" while talking to the person on the line, he was speaking to someone else. how rude. It is disgusting that people like that could be allowed to work with clients.
I phoned the Vereeniging branch today and was put through to "sales" I told the person on the line what I was looking for in plain and simple English but he did not understand. I mean???
If this is how Peugeot treats clients, we are in for a rocky relationship, as I expect quality and outstanding service at every turn and will not rest till I get it. Why is there no dealer in the South of JHB anymore??? do you think the people here don't drive Peugeot's? poor customer relations on your part.
Should the quality and service not improve, expect more of these in future.
