PATHETIC AND INCOMPOTENT SERVICE

I called on 25 Feb 2013 to transfer ownership of a new HD PVR over to my name. I then called on 1 March to have the service on the old PVR suspended and activated on the new HD PVR decoder. After 2x calls they were not able to assist me with the connection on the decoder. I got a technician out today and this morning discovered that my service has been suspended because both PVR's were still active on my name and I am now in arrears. The agent told me before they can rectify this they have to do a call retrieval. My airtime ran out while I was on the call. The agent did not bother to call me back nor action my request. I called now again only to discover nothing has been done and all the agent is worried about is the insurance and updating my personal details. He transferred me without answering my questions and only to be transferred back again. I am onl the line now for 30 min to get one question answered. This is pathetic. How difficult is this - SUSPEND THE SERVICE AND INSURANCE ON THE OLD PVR AND ACTIVATE SERVICE AND INSURANCE ON THE NEW PVR - THANKS
