3 Months of faulty Account balances

I'm sick of this service. Every week I have a different balance to be paid ranging from R89 - R1100. I'm on the phone all the time now with DSTV finding out my exact balance and every time I get told my account is up to date. However it is now the second time now that my services have been put on hold and on Monday this week I phoned... I'm pregnant and I do not need this stress in my life.
DSTV can check on how many times I have called regarding my account they even send my statement and I've paid the amount on it and yet I still get cut off.
