The call centre never seems to have a consistent answer regarding the exclusion of a previous feature which was very useful. That was when a song was being played, the artist, title plus other useful information was displayed on the screen. Now one only has a blank screen with no information on it at all. Seems a retro step that has been taken on the new PVR decoder.
Who wouldn't want that information to be displayed. I feel it is very important to have this info available.
Could someone please give a logical reason for the exclusion of this information.
