Seriously??? Is this service?

I am completely dismayed at the level of inefficiency from TopTV. The thing is that this is not the first time this has happened to me, but it happens almost EVERY month.

I usually pay my TOPTV when my salary clears, this is usually on the 1st of the month or the 2nd max! Yet every month the powers that be switch off my subscription - and a lot of the time it is in vain as I would have paid my account and they didnt pick up the payment even though I email it to [Email Removed] The last time I wrote to HelloPeter about this, they promised me that this would not happen again, yet it happens every month.

Sometimes it takes TopTV DAYS to switch the service back on. I am never credited for this, I am always charged the full amount instead of crediting the days I haven't had a service.

I am almost convinced that the company has closed down as I spent... wait for it... 71 minutes holding to speak to a call centre person before putting the phone down. This was videoed in case I need to prove to the media what the levels of customer service are at TopTV. I have contacted Cape Talk regarding getting someone to answer for this shocking service.

Would be nice for someone to phone me.
