The signal got lost then picked up only two channels. The error messages kept changing from e16, e18, e381... black screen then blue. I call the call centre but my ID number couldn't be recognised by the system, hung up and called again with the same happening all through out. Finally I get an agent and is unable configure out what seems to be the problem for the next 15 plus minutes. I still don't have a signal, black screen n blue. For a so called premium cost, this service is quite unacceptable. They haven't even bored to check if I got right for all they know I ran out of airtime.
