We booked a movie online for Sunday at 9am, we arrived at about 8.15.The door was open on the 1 side and we walked in to print our tickets at the selfhelp station, a security guard ran after us screaming at us they are not open, we said our movie starts at 9 and we only want to print our tickets, he then continued screaming at us that the selfhelp does not work untill later. We said that we want to see a manager where he screamed at us there is no managers he also refused to give his name. As my daughter & friend was with my mother and I (they are 11) we said fine we will wait and asked him what time we can back. He said 9.40am, we came back and walked over to the selfhelp once again, it did not work unlike Ster Kinekor selfhelp service (always works) the station said we must go to ticket counter to claim our tickets. It was 9.42, we went to ticket counter, the lady was rude, she did not even speak to us called the screaming security guard. He screamend at us I told you it would not work and it's not 9.45 (it was 9.43) we will not help you we are not open. The movie starts at 9am, he then threatened us to ban us because I took a photo of him. He screamed at other customers, some people left as they
