I booked a ticket for the 9am show today, and arrived at the not-unreasonable time of 8:30 to buy refreshements and to pick up my tickets. About a dozen staff are milling around. First none of your self service terminals work. I walked to the tills and was told that they were not open yet. I asked when they would open and was greeted with a bkank stare. (The exact type of stroppy attitude I try to avoid by using self service in the first place. I then tried to buy something to drink at both your self service and normal concession kiosks only to be told that they open at 9 (my movie starts at that exact time). The tickets for this time are not reduced, and cost a full R65, so why must we put up with limited service. Please either give those of us who can only come in the early morning a discount or have your staff available or start your movies later when the staff consider themselves to be available
