I called Top Tv in December 2012 to convert my account to pre-paid. From the end of January i have unplugged my Top Tv due to work commitments and have not been home therefore i have not been using it and have not had the need to purchase a voucher to load. This evening i received a alert that R538.00 has been debited from my account by Top Tv. I called and spoke to a consultant this evening who stated that it was noted on the system for the conversion to take place as discussed but due to your negligence it was never actioned. I expect a full refund and a phone call from your accounts/billing manager stipulating when i can expect this to occur. i do not want a credit on my account. So please don't even think of offering that to me. I want my funds returned to my banking account.
