Top TV debited my account mid December for the remaining of the December period as well as the full month of January. Because I did not receive a payment statement, I called in on the 2 January, I spoke to a call centre agent requesting a statement of my account. After some time, I called back again and spoke to a gentleman who informed me that he would pass the message on to the previous consultant to send the statement to me. Today, the 3 January, I have not received the e-mail and I called in twice but was told I have to wait 24 hours for a statement. I mean seriously guys, it's a matter of pressing the send button, that's all!!! The last agent, Durant was pretty much full of nonsence as he refused to put me through to Carol Weise or the PA of the CEO as he felt my concern wasn't too much of an issue to speak to her, which is not fair. He fails to realise that my business contributes to his salary!!! If my account can be debited within 24 hours of the rquest, why don't I get my statements in the same time frame???
