Struggling from November 2012

On 27 November 2012, I phoned multichoice to cancel some of my subscriptions. I only kept one premium subscription with dual view access. The person at the call centre said they would still deduct all subscriptions until the end of December 2012. On the 4th of January 2013 i received a email with CASE NUMBER : 2950757, at the end of January they suspended my service due to non payment. The reason I did not pay them was because they deducted everything again, I phoned them again and they said they are still investigating the matter, I was on the phone for atleast 20mins. Now today when i switched on my tv it said: Service verification could not be established. Please change channel and retry. If problem persists please reboot decoder. I've done everything, still nothing. I tried to phone multichoice on 3 different numbers, not one goes through. There is no information on where the nearest multichoice outlet is. This is pathetic for such a popular company. I run a business and my clients can't even watch tv today. Really irritated with Multichoice!!
