TERRIBLE SERVICE

SO I paid on the 1st of November 2012 my subscription of R690, then 7 days later on the 8th November 2012, we decided to pay our subscription for another year ahead, from Dec 2012 - dec 2013. GREAT, the lady worked it out, gave me an amount telling me that you save one months fee. That is excellent, or so I thought!!! Last night DSTV tried to deduct an amount of R759 from my bank account. When I phoned in an accounts agent tried to help me, I was on the phone for more than an hour. He then calculated and admitted that there is an error on THEIR side, he will get a manager to assist him and recitfy it, and phone me back, as he only knocks off at 3am. SO no one phoned me back. This morning I phoned agaain, having to explain everything again to another consultant, it was tooo much of an effort for her to scroll down to 2012 to help me, stating the agent of last night didnt make a note on the system. THIS after multichoice had me pay to much, they switched it to box office, when I requested a refund after receiving my multichoice statement, and MANY fights
