On arrival home on Friday 22 Feb I discovered that my MNET is not working, error E16-4, I contacted MNET and were advised that my decoder have being removed from my account, long story short I never requested this decoder to be removed, so it is either a hacker on their system or somebody did not do their job when they received the request. Numerous phone calls later and the "I'm sorry for the inconvenience bla bla bla... my decoder is still not working and I have being inconvenienced for the entire weekend while paying for a service I don't have. Amazingly they can flip a switch to discontinue my service due to their error but cannot undo it in over 2 days. Very disappointing service
