Multichoice, your agents have the worst soft skills, EVER!!! They do not address customers accordingly, and to make matters worse, they do not allow customers to finish what they were saying.
Why does extra money get credited to Box Office when it isnt the customer's request? No one seems to know what the protocol is, as one person says one thing and someone else says something completely different.
