I tried to activate my Vitality Club Membership online, however the system told me that my payment had failed. I tried again the following day, with the same message. I got in touch with Customer "Service" and they advised that it would be better to activate this at my nearest cinema. Only once I had done this did I notice that those two "failed" attempts were actually debited from my account. I have been in communication with customer services, followed by empty promises and it is really annoying me because now they are ignoring my emails.
I find it disgusting that they can take my money from me and then take their own sweet time to return it.
It's really put me off from using their facilities at all!
So disappointed and annoyed right now.
