Tried to activate my Vitality/Ster-Kinekor benefit end of April 2013 online and got an error stating that all payments successful yet all activations failed. So I contact the ticket line and speak to NIco (team leader) who humbly apologized and said he will sort this out. Due to various issues, we didn't get reference numbers and nothing activated. Contacted Nico again and he advised he will get back to me. It's a month later and nothing. Called the ticket line again and they gave me the number for IT department, call them and they say i have to call the call centre again because there is no reference numbers... WOW! absolutely fantastic i must say (SARCASTIC) I am stunned by the lack of service for this folk seriously, all i want is to support them and they dont want me too...
