Hi, i bought a online promotion item from groupon, made payment and didn't receive the voucher. After numerous failed attempts to get a voucher I requested. Inturn i requested a refund and it is 1 month later and i didn't receive my refund for R99. It is amazing how quick they are to respond on Hello Peter complaints to avoid their trachery and make empty promises online. I wouldn't advise and customer to buy anything from Groupon it is a headache and their service is disgusting. I've decided to take this to the national complaints commission maybe there will be some action and i will eventually get my refund!!!
