I am so tired of being ripped of in this country.
I always use to talk good about Multichoice, but today that is going to end.
I have been debited R808.50, on a monthly basis, I called Multichice to find out why, and was told that it is due to the annual increase, I asked for a break down of the cost and was give a normal subscription as well as the extra view charge and the insurances for both my decoders.
about two months ago I was also billed for the Drifta, but that was sorted out. Currently I have a PVR decoder as well as a HD PVR decoder.
Today I called again as I could not understand why I am paying so much and my friend said that his normal premium is R625. to my surprise my monthly cost is broken down as: R625 for my premium, R35 for Insurance on std PVR, R29.50 for insurance on HD, plus R70 for std PVR functions and R70 for HDpvr function.
this is a rip off, I paid more for the decoders to get those functions, now I must pay monthly to use it, pleas can someone make sense to me about all of this.
