I have booked Ratanga Theme Park for my daughters crown birthday on 10/2/2013 and paid deposit of R2500.00 beforehand, made all the arrrangements and planned to the T. After liasing on a daily basis with Dee at the Theme Park to ensure that the event is taking place, weather permitting, I was told on Sunday morning (the day of the party) at 8.25am that a decision has been made by Management to close the Park!! I need to know WHY I WAS ONLY INFORMED ON THE MORNING OF THE BIRTHDAY PARTY THAT THE PARK WILL BE CLOSED AND WHERE WAS THE CONSIDERATION FOR A 10 YEAR OLDS DISAPPOINTMENT AND EMBARRASSMENT FOR NOT HAVING HER BIRTHDAY PARTY? DOES MANAGEMENT NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE EMOTIONAL STATE OF KIDS AND THE PEOPLE WHO REGULAR SUPPORT THEM THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?

Secondly, where is the principal behind such a huge company in at least having the decency to timeously inform me about this decision made the day before already. Clearly it could not have been due to the weather, as Sunday 10/2/2013 was definitely not raining and a hot day! NO consideration was given to my daughters emotional frame of mind and disappointment and embarrassment ON HER BIRTHDAY which I find very unpro
