RATANGA IGNORES REQUEST FOR ANSWERS ON RIDES CLOSE

I emailed Ratanga Junction on the 23rd October 2013 requesting an answer as to why they are shutting down 2 of their most popular rides being Diamond Devil and Crocodile Gorge - both rides being a firm favourite with the younger kids and adults who do not like the bigger rides. Also asking if they are going to reduce the gate fees now that we are 2 rides less. They have failed to respond on the email and also via their FB page. They are advertising the park is open in Dec but failing to notify the public of the 2 ride closures. I find this unethecal as people will only be advised of the closures once they are in the park and have paid their fees. No rides are replacing them - it is apparently being used for "corporate use". I want the public to know about this as they clearly are not interested in repylying to me or notifying the public.
