Refund procedure not explained

On 25/26 January I opted to set up my Multichoice dbt order as I loathe queus. I was informed that the 1st debit order would run on 1 March at less R100. I was pretty excited & relieved. On the 31st, I pd it at PnP. To my suprise, I was dbtd on the 2nd, at full amount. I phoned through to the call center, and was informed, they could see that it was dbtd and it would be refunded, it wld take 7 working days. That was fine. 7 working days later, no refund. I phoned again, to folllow up. Was informed that the incorrect bank details were loaded (strange that they debited me, however have the incorrect details. Was informed it would be in my acc by Tuesday. Indeed on Mon I receive an sms stating M/Choce had refunded a CHEQUE into my acc. That is such an inconvenience for me. I am heavily disappointed that this was not explained to me at the beginning. Multichoice has left a bitter taste in my mouth. As a customer, I wouldve apprciated being informed on how & when things were to be done.
