Cancellation of subscription

I have recently sent a complain about this company as i am been subscribed for services which i did not request, i received a call from this company and it was confirmed that all 3 subscriptions sossquad somusic and milc have been cancelled, today i receive 2 sms saying that my somusic voucher for the month is ready to b used and my sossquad has been activated. I am realy getting fustrated about this and am now ready to take legal action as monies were been debited from my bank without my authorisation! This is. When i receivd a call confirming the cancellation of the subscriptions i had nt requested a refund although now i have just about had it am will b reconsidering my decision
