Unrecovered money!

A few weeks ago I received a notification on my phone saying that all the money in my account was withdrawn. This transaction however was not carried out by me.
Upon contacting the division at FNB they said that a common issue at the moment is that cards are being cloned at quiet atms and that they would investigate it further. After the investigation FNB said that no activity was detected because the micro chip was used for this transaction. If they were aware of this issue, surely they should have devised a plan to eliminate this and have it sorted.

I have been banking with FNB for many years, but after receiving such appalling service I would advise everyone against using FNB, and I will definitely be de-activating my account with them.
I warn all current FNB users about this as this issue has happened to my mother as well, for an amount larger than 10k which FNB has STILL not recovered.
