I have been calling into the call centre every month, faxing and emailing them the proof of payment. i even sent them a bank statement with a bank stamp and yet they still can not allocate the money. Payment was done last year april with out a reference but i call and informed the call centre.
This is my second complaint on Hello Peter and it is still not fixed. Can someone with a half a brain please fix this or i will be taking this matter further. i am tired of calling and wasting my time and money on calls every month.
