My membership number: ZL011682. I joined on the 30/04/2017. I have been paying my monthly payment without failure ever since. I have never used my benefits. I have never received any phone call from Zoltac, promoting/advertising their services. Honestly i do not know how they operate. From last year September, October, November when i made requests, i was told places are fully booked. Now this month also fully booked. I was communicating with Lindy then Goodness. I always struggle to get help then i was finally told that they are working from home. I would like to know whew and how do i qualify to use your services and how many points have i accumulated already. Kindly advice as i need a vacation as i requested
