I went to touchdown offices in rooderport for a presentation, I paid R 450 for a membership fee. I was informed that i can cancel the membership within 5 working days and i did 2 days later on the 17th September i cancelled my membership on the 19th i sent a follow up email that was not attended too. Today the 9th October 2013 i spoke to Marry (head office) and she told me that she has seen my cancellation yet she doesnt know what the problem is. I have wasted my time contacting them, and no one from the company has ever contacted me to let me know what the held up is.
I would never advise anyone to take up their service, a friend that holds a membership with them has been trying to get a booking from the list that they have provided and they are all fully booked, whats the point of paying money when the services will not be rendered as should be.

I am shattered by the service that i have reiceived to date. I advise never go for their services, rather save that montly fee yourself and be Guaranteed that you will have accomodation when ever you need it.
