We joined club explorer thank goodness we never took the complete package and only the explorer for 2years!! you get 60 points to use in 2 years and nobody ever said it is 30 points per year so now I wanted to use my points and they only give me 30 point!! they should tell you the correct info and not just want to sell their packages!! also there were just R5000 deducted from my account and never knew for what is where never even received the email to tell you that they will deduct money or the amount for your levies!! this is really unexceptable!! this is just not fair!! why wont they tell you everything that they need to tell you before you deside to take out the contract!! I won't prefer anyone to buy a contract from them!! you alwayd also struggle to get available accomodation!! not good really not good at all!! and if you phone them you stay pn the line forever and then when you get to a consultant they cut me off and need to phone again!!! Im not happy with them at all!!
