I've been calling Zoltac on this number 011 518 8000 from July to make bookings my vacation in Cape town for 15-18 Sep, I spoke to Mary Ramashala for days I'm so disappointed with the service I get, I end up calling and I've been sent from pillar to post about my bookings now I'm told places are fully booked. Today I spoke to Kgomotso who promised to come back to me around 13h20, she never came back to I then called around 14h00 was told her line is busy. Please help and intervene because I'm really not happy. I've booked the flight already took leave at work and now I'm told there's no place to book me this is really unacceptable. With such treatment how do I renew my contract with Zoltac?
