we joint under impression of investment of holiday and cash back after 7 years, to my surprise no cash back only holiday's i tried arranging for holiday but they are fully booked or not available or you must pay extra for up grades. we have complaint about this but no one wants to help us. we were told we cant do anything.
we have requested to cancel and they said the comity decide, why so because we have been paying with out using our points, we were told we must sell our points, how do you cell something that you know is not worth it, i felt like im cheating. please i don't want their service at all. if was not told is investment in cash and holiday investment i was not going to join.
can someone help me to cancel.
