Attentions to DSTV ;Manager
Good Morning All
It is with great disappointment that i have to phone every month to advice you to reactivate my DSTV, as i have never defaulted. Last month you did the same thing i had to pay R68.00 to reactivate my DSTV.I am of the idea that the is, somebody within your organisation is making money out me, i am not sure whether it is me or the are other clients, are also affected. I am intending to take this matter to the new papers. Please receive proof of payment and get to me. This is bad service from such a big organisation.
