I have previously been paying for 2 DSTV subscriptions. I called the call centre last week to cancel the additional subscription, and the agent confirmed this had been done on the call and that the new payment was now just for the one subscription and my debit order would be effected with only the lower amount and single subscription. I confirmed thia again, stating that it was late in the month, are you sure that the debit order would change and I was told categorically yes. However, my debit order has run this month with both subscriptions. I have been trying to call the 289 2222 number all day but am not able to get through.
