I always had DSTV premium with extraview (two decoders linked) - the secondary decoder packed up and I bought a new one. Phone you to remove the broken one and activate the new one. Agent even confirmed that my account and premie stays the same. Why is the amount deducted this month much, much higher? Where is your processes not working? What are you going to do about it and what are you going to do that it is also correct going forward?
