Multichoice
Non Existent Service

I bought a DSTV Explora from a dealer in Pretoria. I was told it is easy to connect, all instructions are included. It is not easy. I paid R 1 200 to an installer to connect the device. I was then told that a Sim swop had to be done. The agency in Lynwood told me that they did not have stock and it would probably take 2 weeks or more to get stock. Today I phoned the agency in Wonderpark Mall. I was informed that they do have stock and that they open at 09h00. On arriving I found a notice on the window saying that renovations are being done in the shop and they will open at 11h00. After 2 hours and the shop not opening I inquired what the problem was and was informed by an employee that they were not finished and I should wait at least another hour. This was done with a don't care attitude. Since Saturday I have travelled more that 50 km's, gone through 6 toll gates and achieved nothing.
If I knew the shlep to get this decoder working, I would not have bought this. If I have not already spent money in getting the decoder installed I would have returned this.
Very poor service indeed!
