Billing me after cancalling subscription

On June 6, 2013 I cancelled my subscription with pushplay. I returned all 6 DVD's in the envelopes that they provided and which they claimed was completely safe to mail dvd's in. I have witnesses that can attest to the fact that I did this! Push play confimed my cancellation and said it would take effect the moment they received the outstanding dvd's. I assumed that the dvd's would reach them before the next deduction date on the 19th. I never heard from them again! If I have a company and dvd's are not returned I would contact the person who has them and ask about them! When I questioned them they " claimed" that they did not receive the outstanding dvd's. They have been billing me since my cancelation on a monthly basis with R289-00 per month since then - this now l amounts to a total of R2023-00! A lot more than the original dvd's cost! What can I do?
