Pushplay deceaving customers with Groupon deal

Pushplay simply refuses to pay back your refundable deposit. On the Groupon 2-month Pushplay deal- fineprint it stated clearly that the additional R149 deposit is refundable - so I followed the steps on the Groupon voucher. Pushplay is refusing to refund the deposit, say that there was a clause in their fineprint saying you had to cancel membership after one month. This was not specified on the Groupon voucher; and I bought the Groupon as a once-off 2-month movie subscription, as Groupon advertised it; not to subscribe to Pushplay indefinetely.

I would not advise anyone to use Pushplay movie rental service. In the 2 months on my Groupon deal, I received a single movie on my wanted list - and only films more than 3 years old. They have serious priority issues, and also billed me again after I activated the Groupon deal.
